1. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used products showing signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange and receive shipping instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by ZULVIRE.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
