1. Returns & Refunds
- You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Opened or used products showing signs of wear
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
- Contact us to arrange an exchange and receive shipping instructions.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
- We will arrange a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by ZULVIRE.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
