1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.
2. Same-Day Delivery (Island-Wide Priority)
We offer four simple flat-rate delivery tiers across all 11 parishes in Barbados:

| The Saturday Batch | $8.00 BBD | Delivers on the next upcoming Saturday. Go Green: Optimized Saturday routes lower our carbon footprint and we pass the fuel savings directly to you. |
| Standard Island-Wide Delivery | $12.00 BBD (FREE over $100 BBD) | Safe and reliable courier drop-off straight to your door within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). |
| Priority Same-Day Delivery | $18.00 BBD | High-urgency dispatch. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will deliver the next business day. |
3. Payment on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation before shipping.
Please ensure you respond promptly to secure your order.
4. Delivery Location
A location pin is required for delivery to ensure accuracy.
Orders without a confirmed location may be delayed.
5. Shipping Methods
We use trusted local couriers and delivery partners to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping options may vary depending on your location and order size.
6. Delivery Time
Standard local delivery within Barbados: 2–5 business days.
Same-day delivery: available for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
For larger or bulk orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact support@zulvire.com immediately.
We will assist in replacing the item or issuing a refund as needed.
